Credit & Cancellation Policy

 

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

 

1. Deposits

   All deposits made to secure services, appointments, or classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Classes & Appointments

   Classes and appointment bookings are non-creditable unless a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled time. If at least 72 hours’ notice is given, a credit note may be issued to be used toward future bookings. Cancellations made within 72 hours are not eligible for credit.

3. Products

   All products purchased are non-returnable and non-creditable. In the rare case that a return is approved at the seller’s discretion, a credit note may be issued. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the agreed time frame.
