Terms, Conditions, Privacy & Safeguarding Policy

By booking, purchasing, attending, or participating in any service, session, event, course, or product offered by House of Justine, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

 

 

Nature of Services

 

House of Justine provides psychic medium readings, spiritual demonstrations, complementary therapies (including Reiki, energy work, and relaxation-based sessions), workshops, and spiritual development experiences.

 

All services are provided in good faith and with professional integrity.

 

Psychic medium readings and demonstrations are offered for entertainment purposes and personal insight only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.

 

Complementary therapies, including Reiki and energy-based sessions, are intended to support relaxation and general wellbeing. These services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare advice.

 

House of Justine does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or claim to cure, treat, or prevent illness. No healing claims are made. Outcomes vary between individuals.

 

Clients remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice regarding medical or mental health concerns.

 

 

Client Responsibility

 

By booking a service, you confirm:

 

• You are aged 18 years or over

• You participate voluntarily

• You understand that intuitive impressions are subjective

• You accept full responsibility for decisions made following a session or event

• You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns prior to holistic sessions

 

Failure to disclose relevant health information releases House of Justine from liability.

 

 

Payment, Deposits & Refund Policy

 

All payments and deposits are strictly non-refundable.

 

By completing a booking or purchase, you agree to the following:

 

• Deposits secure your space and are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Appointments, events, workshops, courses, and digital products are non-refundable

• Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable

• Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are not eligible for credit or transfer

• Credit notes may be issued at the sole discretion of House of Justine when more than 72 hours’ notice is provided

 

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

 

If House of Justine cancels a session or event, a reschedule or full refund of that booking will be offered. No additional compensation will be provided.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Justine shall not be liable for:

 

• Personal decisions made following sessions

• Emotional responses arising from spiritual or intuitive work

• Indirect or consequential loss

• Failure to achieve desired outcomes

 

All services are undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

 

 

Safeguarding & Safe Environment

 

House of Justine is committed to maintaining safe, respectful, and supportive spaces.

 

• All services are for individuals aged 18 or over

• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or substances may be refused service

• Inappropriate, disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from sessions or events without refund

• Services are not suitable for individuals in acute mental health crisis

• House of Justine reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if it is deemed not in the client’s best interest

 

Where a safeguarding concern arises, appropriate action may be taken in line with legal and ethical responsibilities.

 

 

Data Protection & Privacy (UK GDPR)

 

House of Justine complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

 

Personal information may include:

 

• Name

• Contact details

• Booking information

• Payment details (processed securely via third-party providers)

• Relevant health information (where required for holistic sessions)

 

Information is collected for legitimate business purposes including managing bookings, delivering services safely, maintaining records, and communicating regarding appointments or events.

 

Your data will never be sold or shared for marketing purposes.

 

Health-related information is collected only where necessary and with consent.

 

Reasonable steps are taken to store data securely and prevent unauthorised access.

 

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

 

• Access your personal data

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion where legally permissible

• Withdraw consent

• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

 

Requests regarding personal data can be made directly to House of Justine.

 

 

Right to Refuse Service

 

House of Justine reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time where it is considered appropriate for safety, wellbeing, or professional boundaries.

 

 

Amendments

 

House of Justine reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
