The Raven & The Rose Soul Support Sessions A sacred one-to-one space created for those in genuine need of support. These sessions are thoughtfully offered for carers, individuals living with life-limiting conditions, and those experiencing financial difficulty — providing a place to pause, breathe, and be held away from the pressures of everyday life. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, carrying emotional weight, or simply in need of a moment of grounding, this is a space where you can come exactly as you are. Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to you, offering gentle support through presence, understanding, and a calm, safe environment. There is no expectation and no pressure — just space for you to be supported in whatever way you need. This offering has been created to give back and provide support where it is truly needed, while maintaining a space that feels safe, respectful, and held. Reserve your free spot A donation tin will be available for those who feel guided to contribute. All donations will go towards a chosen charity, supporting children’s cancer or mental health initiatives. This space is held with care and intention. We kindly ask that it is used with honesty and respect, so it remains available for those who genuinely need it. Limited spaces available to keep the space safe and held. Cancellation Policy
Credit & Cancellation Policy Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase or booking. 1. Deposits All deposits made to secure services, appointments, or classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. 2. Classes & Appointments Classes and appointment bookings are non-creditable unless a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled time. If at least 72 hours’ notice is given, a credit note may be issued to be used toward future bookings. Cancellations made within 72 hours are not eligible for credit. 3. Products All products purchased are non-returnable and non-creditable. In the rare case that a return is approved at the seller’s discretion, a credit note may be issued. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the agreed time frame. By completing your purchase or booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
