Cancellation Policy
Credit & Cancellation Policy Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase or booking. 1. Deposits All deposits made to secure services, appointments, or classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. 2. Classes & Appointments Classes and appointment bookings are non-creditable unless a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled time. If at least 72 hours’ notice is given, a credit note may be issued to be used toward future bookings. Cancellations made within 72 hours are not eligible for credit. 3. Products All products purchased are non-returnable and non-creditable. In the rare case that a return is approved at the seller’s discretion, a credit note may be issued. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the agreed time frame. By completing your purchase or booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
